Place Setting
We like the plate and the simple setting. We’re more into flat plates with typical round shape, or slightly off-round (but still flat).
Chairs
We like the rustic chairs.
Benches
We’d like to put a few benches out for the ceremony (not chairs). We like that these are rustic but simple, not too much wood, but homey feeling.
These benches, with their steel feet, might match the steel in the house. Would be better if they were black and not green, to match the house.
Pretty simple benches.
Table Setting
We LOVE this table setting. The farmhouse long tables with the rosemary / green plants going down the center. Simple but elegant and matches the outdoor setting. But the cost of farmhouse tables might be prohibitive.
Table setting
Generally like the table setting with the farmhouse tables. The cuttlery is nice. Don’t like the napkins hanging off the side.
Place setting
Like this table setting with the rosemary. Simple and clean and would go well with the house.
Napkin + Rosemary
Love this setting with the napkin like that and the rosemary wrapped around it. Color scheme matches our ideas.
Napkins
Love the color of the napkin with the green sprig and white plate. Don’t like the ribbed plate, or the color of the cutlery but otherwise like the napkin/color combo.
View of the house
From the end of the driveway. 10 steps down. To the right is the “front porch” where the dinner tables will go. To the left, is the “back porch” where the ceremony will be. Or you can go into the house.
Turning right at the end of the stairs you look at the “front porch”. You can see the front door to the house on the left. The dinner tables will go here on this porch.
Front porch
The tables will go here.
Side view of the house
This is the “side porch” that goes to the “back porch”. The ceremony will be on the back, in the corner in the background. The table in the background will be removed but that’s where we’d set up benches.
The back porch
This is where the ceremony will be. The officiant will stand in the corner and we’ll remove the table and put in benches.
The living room
The furniture will be removed and this is where the dancing will happen. The doors open up. To the left we’ll have a bar on the back porch. To the right, it opens up to the front porch where all the tables will be.
Looking into the house
this is the view from where the officiant will stand, looking back into the house. You can see the kitchen. The doors to the kitchen fully open.
Variety of color
We like that things are “different” here. The color in the chairs adds some contrast. The green cushions might even go with the greenery at the house. But might also be weird. We’re not sure. We also like the wooden round tables.
Color combo
We like the color of the light grey tablecloth and the simple table setup. Sammi likes the chairs — Aaron finds them a little plain. We don’t like the napkins running off the side.
Runner on round tables
Rustic vibe — we potentially like having a runner on the round table. We’re not sure if we like a runner but it was an interesting option.
Chairs are decent. Kinda like the grey’ish table cloth, though we’re thinking ivory colored table cloths.
