Silver Milk
Milky Way Hour over Silver Lake Big Cottonwood Canyon, Utah While in Park City, Utah, for our annual SmugMug company retreat, a few of us took a trip over to Silver Lake to photograph sunset and the Milky Way. I found this beautiful spot on the lake with the reflection of the mountains and camped out, hoping the clouds would light up in glorious color. By the time the sun had set, the beautiful clouds I was hoping would be around, disappeared, leaving sunset a bust. Of course as soon as the sun was down, the clouds came back and ruined Milky Way photos too :( You can see it peaking out amongst the clouds.
